QUESTIONS / THE DETAILS
Okay, how does
this work?
The cost, the photos, the timeline. Let’s clear it up.
Before we book
What’s this going to cost?
$50 minis are 30-minute quick shoots for a few clean photos, a fast refresh, or a simple starting point. Hour shoots usually land around $100-$150 depending on location and scope. Event Day coverage starts at $200+ for fuller coverage when you need content from your day, including short videos, a pre-determined shot list, agreed deliverables, and a quick planning check-in before we shoot. Artist Support starts at $100/month for ongoing creative help around releases, distro, upcoming merch photos, tour content, custom drops, and whatever support makes sense. These are starting points; we agree on the final scope, access, travel costs, deliverables, and total before booking.
My budget is smaller. Should I still ask?
Yes. Tell me your budget and what matters most. We can discuss a shorter session or a smaller project that makes sense for both of us.
I only need a few photos. Is that worth reaching out?
Definitely. You don’t need a full campaign to need fresh content. A focused session can cover a specific idea, announcement, product, or moment.
I’m awkward in front of a camera. Can you help?
You don’t have to arrive knowing how to pose. We’ll talk through what you want, keep things relaxed, and find what feels natural.
How do we make it official?
Once we agree on the details, I’ll write up your contract that day. Your price, coverage, deliverables, and delivery timeline will be laid out before we move forward. Payment, travel, and rescheduling terms are confirmed in that agreement.
What should I put in my inquiry?
What you need, when and where it’s happening, your budget, and where the content will be used. You don’t need every answer yet—start with what you know.
Your photos. Your content.
What do I actually get?
Your package includes 5–10 edited photos plus all the usable, unedited originals I select from your shoot. Coverage time, file formats, and the number of finished edits are confirmed in your contract.
Do I get the unedited photos too?
Yes—I don’t gatekeep your moments. I go through the shoot and select the photos I think you can use. Those come alongside your finished edits, and you’re welcome to edit them yourself.
Can I get more edited photos?
Absolutely. Editing takes time, so additional edits are priced around how many you need and the work involved. Tell me what content you’re trying to create—we’ll figure out the right amount and agree on the cost upfront.
How soon can I post them?
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days after your shoot. Working toward a release, event, or deadline? Tell me before booking so we can discuss what’s possible.
What have you photographed before?
My work includes sports training, games and athletes, live music, artists, merch, apparel, community events, local businesses, pets, lifestyle moments, and families. Explore Best Shots, Creative Circle, and the recent-shoot link on the homepage to see more of the range.
Beyond the photo shoot
Do you photograph businesses too?
Yes—food, products, services, merch, your space, and the people behind it. Tell me what your website or socials are missing, and we can build a shoot around that.
Can we do video too?
Yes—short-form video can be part of the plan. Tell me where you’ll use it and what you need. Filming, editing, and video deliverables are quoted separately unless included in your package.
Can you help with merch while I’m on tour?
Let’s talk about what you need: merch-table support, inventory, packing and shipping, or content coordination. We’ll agree on the tasks, hours, and costs before starting. Shipping, supplies, travel, and storage are separate from support time.
Can we work together every month?
Yes. Artist Support starts at $100/month. Deliverables are agreeable and built around what you actually need that month: distro support, upcoming merch photos, tour photos, custom drops, release assets, behind-the-scenes content, or anything else that helps your project move. We’ll define the scope before we start so you know what’s covered.
